Unhinged Fit Co is a mobile fitness company that is taking the town by storm. We are committed to bringing you the fitness instead of you coming to us. We are the very first mobile fitness business in Alabama. We are veteran owned. We look forward to making your fitness dreams come true!

About
Park Fitness

You meet us half-way! We will hold a group workout session at one of the closest PARKS for 45 minutes. We will have 3 different times on each of the 3 days to make sure you are getting your workout in at the right time.

At HOME Training

We will bring the fitness to you! 1-2 of our certified trainers will come to you at your house and conduct a personalized workout session built solely on your needs and wants.

Services

We provide one on one personal training as well as group fitness training. We can help coordinate a meal prep with you. We also can set up a workout plan just for you if you are interested in just working out by yourself. Just let us know what your fitness goals are and we will meet your needs.
